Borrow123.com was created by incorporating the latest advancements in

technology. We combined automated underwriting, real-time market interest rates, full good faith disclosures, a secure streamline loan application, third party credit card processing, loan status tracking, and an entire back end management and processing system all available online.

We believe the traditional mortgage process is too complex and arcane. With each layer of participants, it becomes more costly and more redundant. Borrow123.com is designed to simplify the transaction. Our website application makes the loan process transparent to the borrower.

When you visit our website, you will have complete and accurate disclosure of the loan programs, interest rates, payment amounts, and closing cost estimates specific to your loan. You can freely use the site with unlimited access while remaining totally anonymous. We will not contact you until you apply with us. Your identity remains unknown; we don’t sell, trade, or refer your personal information to any third party.

When you apply online using our secure site, we ask you to set up your own user account ID and password, we prefer an e-mail address so we can communicate with you; at this point your application is encrypted. The streamline application should take less than twenty minutes to complete. The application and your credit report information will be submitted to an automated underwriting system (AUS). In a matter of minutes of submission to the AUS, a decision will be issued. After the AUS decision has been rendered, your verification requirement will be more specific and streamlined, often with reduced documentation for borrowers with above average credit history.

At Borrow123.com, a personal loan consultant manages your application from origination to settlement. We are completely responsible for your loan. Your application will not be submitted to various lenders without your knowledge; you will not be contacted by different lenders to review your application. Your loan consultant is the contact point for all information with regards to the complete process from beginning to end.
